Has anybody ever tried to clean the filters of the Phonak PFE phones? Maybe with a tiny brush, or using some alcohol or alike? I know there are replacement filters available but I hesitate to dispose something just because it may have caught some dirt, without at least having tried a cleaning...

So I finally lost one of the medium sized silicon tips that came with my PFEs.   Does Head-Fi have any recommendations of what to buy to replace them? Or should I just go with the official tips?   Thanks for any help!
