I read it from another forum, and Denon's about to come out with this new flagship model called D7100.

They called it prototype, but it doesn't seem like far from the retail version. Wondering how they gonna sound like and for sure man, I missed the wood cans a lot.

Wow those are reallly ugly. I actually like their current style.

No doubt. Denon is one of the few headphone companies that can make wood headphones look good.

If that's really their new flagship headphone, I'm grabbing a new pair of D7000 tomorrow for sure.
Heard something funny: Denon has a new group of ppl that's designing and engineering, don't know if that's true.

I don't think it looks that bad but I don't think it looks that great either. Wonder how they sound. Is that 2nd full size headphone the D5100? Also, what's up with the naming system? Now I'm going to get messed up between my Nikons and Denons.

Actually switched to m4/3  Canon, I would consider. Pentax, I rather give up the hobby. Haha.

Still love my FA31 FA43 FA77 lens with K20D. those lens were made in Japan too.

Somehow I think it looks funny, now it really has the made in China feeling....

It almost looks like the 7100 in the prototype drawing is open backed, but not in the photo. I've always felt that an open backed version of the D7000's without necessarily changing the drivers, would allow them to compete with the other top tier flagships and get them away from that congested, colored sound.

Well, I won't be buying those, that's just ugly.
