The original i3 will always be in my collection. For the price they are the most unique of iems. No matter what sets I get in future they will always hold a special place

Amazing review Chris... your attention to the small details to minimize the external factor differences are very well appreciated... such as using the same cable during the test.
Correction: as Bob James and Fourplay follower from their early launching (even before that),
The Fourplay track "Chant" was not from Heartfelt, but was from their 2nd album Between the Sheets. I happened also this track for my testing. The drums along the track is also my favorite. (OK, in fact all, Fourplay is very humble group of 4 jazz masters...)
