Agree with this. I feel like this bud with the stock drivers was overhyped by many early reviewers. There are a lot of buds with better SQ and build quality you can get at a cheaper cost. Even based on your review, 4 stars seems to be too generous given your review regarding the SQ.

They are four stars because the modularity allows the sound to be superior, either with the grilles or by changing drivers. And that's not possible with other earbuds.
