Pros: Amazing well balanced and clear sound, cool features , comfortable for hours. Dose everything that's claimed.
Cons: Some people might not like the all black design or lights. ANC is good but far from the best.
Let me start by saying I received this product for testing and review straight from the manufacture SHIVR INC. for my honest opinion and as I always state if I don’t like and find a redeeming quality in any product sent they’ll be no review.
Packaging is minimal but tastefully done and more than adequate.
Accessories:
Here is the first surprise , the SHIVR not only came with a better than average assortment of goodies inside. A Hard case with the company logo and a nylon pouch as well a 3.5mm aux cable, a airline adapter and a USB Tye-C charging cable. both cables are rubberized and nice and should be quite durable IMO.
Build:
The Second surprise here the is a 3.5mm aux jack here usually with a USB Tye-C you just get a adapter that takes up the charging port. The build quality is exactly as expected with a simple stealthy design and physical buttons. The SHIVR logo lights up in blue on each side and there are separate lights for the ANC modes and charging port. these headphones are very plush in comfort, I find the memory foam pads very comfortable as with most leather and vinyl pads they can get hot in certain situations and warm environments like exercising but are way above average in comfort. The headphones themselves are lightweight and add to the SHIVRs great comfort over long usage. The seem solid despite it light feeling sturdy and of standard build quality in this industry of Bluetooth headphones.
The product features 40mm Dynamic Drivers, support for aptX , aptX LL AAC, SBC and a unique APF technology featuring a buit in gyroscope for a true concert like 3D experience, digital ANC and smart play and pause feature , a 720mA battery with 20 hrs of play time.
Sound quality:
The 3D mode is a cool feature, the ANC works well but the sound here is a huge surprise, I honestly wasn’t expecting this to sound so good.
The Bass has depth and details down into the Sub-Bass with a rapid decay and its punchy yet not overly so there is no heavy bleed into the Mids.
The Mids are very clear and vocals have a nice presence to them with great instrument separation.
Highs are perfectly tuned with a great amount of details and just enough sparkle before the roll-off to be very pleasant.
The sound-stage has a broad range and there is depth and with to it great for games and movies besides music. In short there is a good amount of imaging here.
IMO:
These stealthy looking Bluetooth headphones offer all day comfort, a balanced if not slightly warm / lush sound signature with some spacious sound-stage and good details make them pleasant to my ears with an ability to hear some separation and clarity from its 40mm DD I wasn’t expecting in a Bluetooth headphone at its price range and some very cool and useful features make this a recommended product definitely!
