Couldn't agree with you more on this. Wood, (lots of) metal, dual-mono cloth braided cable with metal housings for the plugs, minimalistic use of plastic, yet pleather for the band and cups. WTF! :P
[user=363959]@cyberslacker[/user] I would say that they are generally well built and definitely able to be used out an about, but they shouldn't be treated carelessly. I don't think they'd take well to being sat on. If I were going to go about town with them, I would keep then on my head/around my neck and then place them inside the carrying case that comes with them before placing them in a backpack or something like that.
