As my preamp was a fair bit away from my powered speakers, I needed a pair of 15ft RCA interconnect cables. They had to run alongside a power cable and an HDMI cable. I used some cheap RCA cables, but I could hear audible hissing. These cables completely removed it. It's not the cheapest cable, but it's not overly expensive, and it's well-built. The site remarks that this cable is used for composite video, but it's more than capable of handling audio. I was able to get two 15ft cables for the preamp, and one 3ft cable for the subwoofer, all for under $50 USD total. Though I own two $150 USD cables, one is a custom optical cable (Lifatec 4ft), and the other is a custom pair of XLR interconnects (T5A NEMOI-3220 2ft) from my DAC to the preamp. However, the value in those were more in the custom build and build quality. RCA cables, on the other hand, are more of a commodity product, but most boutique manufacturers want to charge a ransom for two 15ft cables.
RG6 coaxial cable is an old proven standard, meant for video signal transmission in the megahertz range, so it's pretty much overkill for audio. It also has excellent shielding qualities. The downside is that being an RG6 coaxial cable, it's not very flexible. You wouldn't want to use this in a portable environment where you need the cables to be moved around, or in a very tight area. Just use them for your home system and you're good to go.
CONCLUSION
If you believe all cables are the same except for shielding properties, you really don't need anything "better" than this, at least for RCA cables.
