Yes, the Elites sit just behind the “extreme” top end headphones in our hobby. I would put them slightly behind the D8K Pro’s and LCD-5’s in technical performance as well. The thing I like the most about the Elites is they do bass better than all these headphones except the TC’s. That is no easy feat!

Thats interesting @Slim1970. I haven't heard the D8K Pro or LCD-5 yet, hoping to at some point :)
