One point regarding the length of the 3m cable. I actually need it, although I'm listening at my desk. Moving around it requires the flexibility of that cable. Today, a lot of headphones playing in the same category are offering that length as well.

I do not understand all the excitement about Meze, I tried them several times. They definitely look nice, feel nice to handle but their sound is not even close to comparable in price Beyerdynamics or Senheisers or Grados. Their sound is uneven, harsh, perhaps as they say in store, they need break in - I ask myself how many hundreds of hours. Actually if you look closely in raving reviews' conclusions you see clearly that Meze are far from perfect or excellent but reviewers use these kind of words and IMHO they are just misleading. Every time I listen them, I wonder, am I listening to the same phones with reviewers. Please do yourself a favor - listen them carefully before buying.
