I have them they are similar to the warm house sound of Kennerton but easier to take with you portably - they are very comfortable too ez on pocket book compared to GH50 but the GH50Mk2 for me is as many know I will say my #1 go to headphone daily - I grab it 99% of the time for so many reasons it checks ALL my boxes for me -

Do they have a “warm analog sound” as referenced in their product page online and how is the treble? Thanks.

I have not yet done tuning since my daughter has my Gh40 so in a few weeks I’ll get it back from her soon

Thx John, just curious once again...I also have couple of questions regarding the "tuning" you do on the Gjallarhorn' also. I'll pm you for that.

Thx!

Grabbed a pair alongside an Audiotechnica ATH WP900 while visiting Audio46 last week. I didnt know about Kennertons until the moment I saw the GH40 in the shop display glass and asked to try them. They are the opposite of the WP900 in sound signature. Very wide soundstage for a closed back. It kind of reminded me of the Sennheiser HD650 with its warm sound signature. Anyone else felt this to be the case?
