Pros: Hold your Dongle Dac securely to the back of your iPhone or other smartphone
Enough flexibility to allow different sizes and shapes to be held securely
Should help keeping your Dongle Dac safer in your pocket

Cons: Missing an U-shaped usb-c adapter
The FiiO MagClip adapter is a practical accessory designed to securely attach your FiiO KA17 DAC to the back of your iPhone or any other smartphone with a magnetic back. This adapter ensures that your DAC stays firmly in place, enhancing convenience and portability without compromising on performance. For me, I found that I didn’t want the DAC to move in my pocket and this is an ideal solution.
Note: I would like to thank FiiO for providing the MagClip for the purposes of this short review.
You should head over to FiiO website for more information
Opening the Sleeve you get the following contents:
One nice addition is that FiiO provided a sticky magnetic ring that you could apply to your smartphone, so you can use it even if your current smartphone does not have a magnetic charging ‘ring’ on the back. You also get a good selection of elastic bands to hold whatever device you are using with the magclip.
It is a very strong magnetic stays attached even during movement, FiiO have some clever engineering with different grooves, so you can adjust how the elastic bands are placed to allow you to use it with different devices:
My only complaint is really that it does not come with an U-shaped USB-c cable adapter but considering they are about $5 I can’t complain when the magclip is just $10 itself, and you can use your own usb-c cable. But I suggest buying a u-shaped usb-c cable like this one:

Unboxing, Build and Design

Ease of Use
Attaching the KA17 to your phone is straightforward and hassle-free. The secure fit prevents accidental disconnections, making it ideal for on-the-go use. The MagClip’s intuitive design means you can easily remove and reattach the DAC as needed.Compatibility
I believe was tailored for the KA17 with iPhones, the MagClip’s design allows it to work with any smartphone featuring a magnetic back and FiiO includes a stick on magclip for other smartphones. The use of the elastic bands and the different length configurations means you can secure many different portable DAC amps. Here are some photos of it on the back of my iPhone:
Rating
Given its price and how well its made I have given it a 4.5-star rating. If you feel you need to secure your portal DAC Amp to your Smartphone look no further than this device. Conclusion
The FiiO MagClip adapter is a clever accessory both for KA17 users like myself but also for other devices especially those with iPhones. Its very strong attachment, ease of use, and compatibility make it a valuable addition to your audio setup, ensuring you can enjoy high-quality sound wherever you go.Attachments

Gotta 3D print this up!
musingclouds
Will this cause any breakage of electronics due to the magnetism? EDIT: Oh I see it uses elastic.
