F700 is 100% correct! They don’t do the wood hardware accents anymore but you can still request it when it’s ordered.

In the past with fedex international it was about a week. The last two cables I bought recently only took like 3 days to get here to the US. I recommend them though. I have like 6 or 7 cables from them over the years and no complaints.
