I love these earphones! They are amazing. For the price of $100, you can't be any more happier. Some people may say these earphones don't have too much bass. But personally, I like the amount of bass in these. There is enough that will satisfy you. Trust me.
One negative is the nozzle. It is pretty thin. It seems like it might just snap if you pull off an ear tip a little too hard. But all you need to do is just be careful and you're good.

If one of your earbuds goes dumb, that generally means you have to change the filter. This can happen after a few months -- especially with your first pair. After that, filters tend to last longer (as I've found after a decade of using Etymotic earphones here in the antique vocabulary section of the Munchausen Seniors' Grimnasium).
