Eartech Music has been a CIEM company for several years now and works mostly with musicians and worship teams to tune their line to their needs. In recent years, Eartech has branched out some with a couple models aimed a bit more at an audiophile audience. Their custom triple is near neutral while their quint is a bit livelier signature while still maintain balance.
While speaking with Seth and Richard I had asked why they didn't produce a universal in ear as it would appeal to worship teams, musicians as a backup for their customs, and audiophiles as a way to share with friends. They showed me the prototypes awhile back and allowed me to listen to the early tunings.
More recently, they released 3 models of universal. The dual, and two different tunings of triple driver. All use a shell that can best be defined as mid sized and similar in dimensions to the TFZ models. Shells can be done in about any color the user desires and exotic woods and graphics are options as well.
