Hi Naim you are always welcome. The N5II and the D200+ are very different sounding DAP's. First of all, the D200+ is a great performer regarding to sound quality. The general sound presentation of the D200+ is warmer and fuller with a more forward vocal while the N5II has a more airy presentation.

The detail level of the N5II is on par with the D200+. But regarding to size, weight, esthetic and functionality the Cayin N5II is the best choice in this price category that beats even higher priced players.
