New Head-Fier
Amazing closed backs
Pros: Great detail
nice bass, but not bloated or overdone
Nice separation
Cons: Not a massive soundstage (it is a closed back)
Ok, I could say a whole lot more about these. I have been using them with my laptop plugged into a Bifrost 2 and going back and forth between my Elekit Tu-8200 and Mjolnir 3. I have done some comparison with other headphones and for closed back, these are by far the best I have heard. I did a lot of side by side with my Galahjorn JM MK2 headphones. I always loved them, but they just missed some clarity in the upper mids (don't be confused with MK1, they had some high end sibilance). So depending on the song they felt a little muffled. That is completely gone with these.

I keep wanting to do some pad rolling, comparison to other headphones, plug in some other amps etc. But every time I put them on I end up stopping, pouring some scotch and reading a book and melting into the music. I suppose that by itself should speak highly of them. Are they perfect, no. But then anyone in the hobby is never satisfied and looking for something new. So yeah, no matter what you tell yourself this will not be your last headphone. But they do not disappoint. You will enjoy the journey with them.
