Audio-GD NFB12.1 is a great value DAC/AMP (Low price about 215 USD)
The DAC part use twin WM8741 Chips. The Overall sound is detailed but smooth and warm, sound stage is good. Good matching with neutral to bright Can like K701.

You can use it as DAC+Headphone Amp or use it as DAC out to Another Amp. The front Panel have HP/DAC switch, Gain switch, input switch, 3 OS switch, 3 Digital Filter switch. and volume knob.
The Amp part has a Great Power to drive almost can.
