Did head-fi really send one?

I only bought them in February.   I suspect there's something lose in the plug as sound from the left earpiece stopped/started when the plug was touched.   Gone back to iheadphones.co.uk for replacement.   I was just wondering if any one else had a problem with these.   Steven.

I bought mine from the UK offices, went there for the impressions too as they aren't far from me.   I didn't know they had a US office.

Ah. I believe he gets his equipment made by an external company.   I wouldn't think they use custom made screws though.
