The PK3 are office suitable, sound great, and cheap.

Sonys and Cowons for excellent sound plus good sound enhancements/equalizers and battery life. Clip+ for minimal size, very good sound quality, and SDmicro slot (but crappy equalizer and battery life).

Klipsch S4. I'm happy w/ them brand new. Not even going to bother 'burning them in.' And they are the most comfortable IEMs extant. They give the impression of not having anything in your ears, both in sonic and physical terms. Really exceptional for <$100. Dunno the poundage tho. My C551...
