I have looked around a bit... I was thinking about maybe Ultrasone Pro 900's or maybe DT770's... as far as I have read though, neither seems to be much an upgrade as far as sound stage goes. If I could improve upon that i'd be more likely to pull the trigger.

The A700 are just a closed version of the ad700's. The ART version requires you pick out all the green M&M's before listening to em.

It kinda depends on your specific application... If you listen to music which is not very bass heavy or if you intend on sitting for a while ad700's are your best bet. But if what you listen to is better sounding with heavier bass then the grados are better, but be warned they aren't...
