My Clone and Graham Slee Novo. Might have to tweak it a little bit. Already replaced clone volume control with an Alps and input capacitors with 2.2uF 400V MKP Polypropylene film capacitors . Have built a clone recently and am enjoying the sound although my Graham Slee Novo beats it. Will have to change some of the components to see if it will sound better.- jimbomak

Grado Fan Club!
Have iGrados and some SR325s . Started with SR80s which I got in a hi fi shop in Leicester back in 1998. Passed them onto my cousin who now has SR80i's . Great sound from all that I've listened to. Only problem.....comfort. Use Audio Technica AD700s for long time listening.- jimbomak

Grado SR-80
Had my SR-80 s for ten years now. Wouldn't swap them - great sound with any music. Use them through a QED headphone amplifier that a mate gave me. Only thing I'm changing is the foam pads. Might upgrade my amp though.- jimbomak

Looing For First Headphone Amp
Why don't you find out if any local Hi Fi dealer will let you borrow an amp as a try before you buy deal. Or you could take your Grados down to a Hi Fi dealer and ask if you could try em out on some amps. (I , myself am from the UK and use Grado SR- 80 's with a second hand QED headphone amp...- jimbomak
