sorry - i forget to specify the speakers spl - sony have 90db , and GH 88db . i think i need a higher spl tweeter . 92-94 db someone recommended me - monacor dt-25ti and a dt-25n - anyone has any experience with them ?

i need 1 inch neodymium tweeter - for GH V80 and some for SS X90ed . if someone knows a good tweeter ! maybe- a good upgrade for the carbon dome from x90ed !? thanks anticipated

k701 sound like a pro soundspeaker - but don`t have good "enough" dynamic . dt880 pro is like a studio monitor . and have a better dynamic then k701

i have cx500 and i am a bit disappointed - for exemple senn px100 are much much better in the price range i don`t know what choice you have . but cx500 is like cx300 witch a little bit of hight

i think dt880pro is not like 05 or 03 - because is not bright !

for detail , dinamic and comfort dt880 pro - goog at low and medium volume not so good at medium fr like k701 . for extra detail k701 and medium to hi volume . but are some uncomfortabile , and after a long time of listening is hurt my ears , - poor bass

if you have a good amp - hd595 is very/very good - if you don`t have - is still a good headphone . if you listen at low volume dt880 pro - at hi-volume k701 . the best for movies dt880pro . k701 is hard to drive and not so comfortable .

k701 change enormous in the the first 100-150 hour , in every way . at the beginning i listen 10-15 minutes and i believed that is broken . and make the same listen test after 20hour of burn-in - and so on - is the freakiest headphone i ever have now i make the burn-in on dt880 pro - the...

how many hour take to burn-in a dt880 pro ? my beyer sound different then i read . it have a very heavy bass like a subwoofer , medium mids and hi-fr . is no sibilant and the sound is more like speakers then a headphone . it seems more like hd650 then k701 with a wide soundstage .

i buy a dt880pro - and the sound is pale "vailed" - is not sibilant = a good thing - and have too much bas and no high fr . i will run-in 100 hour - but i wish to change the cable - is a coiled cable - i think the is to long to be a good one . 7 M
