That's exactly what I found, Skillz. I couldn't stand the supplied bi-flanges at all. They were too long and incredibly uncomfortable, not to mention incapable to creating an adequate seal. Although the olives improve on these on almost all fronts, I feel that the bass quality is somewhat...- Mansize_tissue

Need a recomendation
Smith&headphone, depending on the quality of your laptop's soundcard you might want to get an external DAC as well. I know my laptop's headphone-out is absolutely rubbish, so I got a Corda Move (which can be used as an external soundcard/DAC and amplifier) for my Beyer DT770/80 Pros. There are...- Mansize_tissue

Here's my latest setup: iPod --> Custom Cable --> Corda Move --> Atrio M5 iPod --> Female LOD --> Custom Cable --> Corda Move --> Atrio M5 I just made that cable, though it's nothing special. Futuresonics Atrio M5
Until my Shure Olives arrive, I'm now using a completely different style of tips for these. I put the small bi-flanges on backwards, and then slide the silicone tips from my old Creative EP-630s over the rubber tube-shaft and the largest flange. Now I actually have a seal with these I'm...- Mansize_tissue

Thank you, dfkt. Do you know what tips are being used there (not sure if that's your own photograph or not)? With the stock bi-flanges, my M5s don't insert anywhere near that far and the seal is really poor.- Mansize_tissue

Futuresonics Atrio M5
Does anyone have any pictures of the Atrio M5/M8 being worn? I remember one comparison review of a few IEMs (including the Atrio M5s UE SF5 Pro, Q-JAYS, some Shures and a few others) with pictures of them being worn, but I can't find that .pdf now.- Mansize_tissue

Atrio M5 Tips
Thank you for all of your help, I really appreciate it. Thanks for clarifying about the Ety tips, joelongwood! At the moment I actually prefer my Creative EP-630s to these Atrio M5s as I can't seem to get a seal. I've ordered some Shure olives and grey soft flex sleeves and I'll see if...- Mansize_tissue

Atrio M5 Tips
Oh right, does that meant tips for the ER6i also don't fit the Atrios? Also, using the Shure Olives with the UM2s, did you have to remove the inside of the tips to make it fit? Is my only option of getting bi-flange tips for my Atrios (not including the stock ones) would be by getting some...- Mansize_tissue

Atrio M5 Tips
Thank you very much, joelongwood. I had a feeling the Black Soft Flex Sleeves wouldn't fit the Atrios. Are there any other tri-flange or bi-flange tips, or even some similar to the Gray Soft Flex Sleeves that will fit the Atrio M5s? I don't like the stock tips as the flanges seem quite far...- Mansize_tissue

Atrio M5 Tips
I just received my Atrio M5s today but I don't really like the bi-flange tips. I cannot get a good seal for the life of me, and the foams aren't really practical when I need to keep inserting/removing the IEMs. In fact, with the seal as it is, the bass is really weak. It seems fine with the...- Mansize_tissue
