Perhaps, time will tell. I'm re-discovering my playlists with the VC with some songs sounding different - and better - than before. I just have to get used to how heavy they are as you said and maybe work on my posture!

The Arya is probably my next purchase. I currently have a ZMF Verite Closed and that headphone is superb in every facet except 1 which is its weight. Its raw weight of about 480g is a bit too burdensome for my neck.
