I'm going really skeptic about beyer high end line, specially since I successfully tricked 3 guys blindtesting COPs vs DT1770 and T5P 1rst, just switching the bass port.

I can't believe they talk about "finest materials" and they keep putting leatherette on a 1000 euro headphone.

Yeah, they have a very special design. I think you'd have to increase the width of the slider arms, on the flat side. Maybe with epoxi, aplying thin layers.
