Campfire - Solaris
I use Type E on both Solaris 2020 and U12t currently. I personally have not tried much of other tips other than ones included. I can't take foam as I get both fatigue and uncomfortable quite fast (<45min~1hr). I don't find foam sounds better than Type E other than maybe foam gives a bit better...- tonniyKK

I had altas for 8 months and currently own solaris 2020. I listen about ~3hrs/day. Solaris is less fatiguing than altas for sure (relatively). Comfort wise, Solaris 2020 is also better even though atlas is smaller (i think it has sth to do with the pull down cable + SS shell weight). Having...- tonniyKK

Anyone tried or looked into this Solaris limited edition? Is it the same as Solaris 2020 and just different look with a free dac? or CFA made some changes? https://www.aloaudio.com/shop/solaris-limited-edition-2020/- tonniyKK

Please let me know as well once you get a chance to audition OH800! I am curious about and would love to hear from you on its sound sig, tonality a lot and comparisons to some well known ones like Solaris, M9, U12T. Thanks so much!- tonniyKK

Got my Solaris 2020 today. Got diver flex every time putting in for the right side. Tiny bit of hiss on Centrance DACportable with gain set to low. Will spend next few days to see how it sounds and do some burn-ins in between. Super early impressions (1hr in): definitely not as forgiving and...- tonniyKK

Nice, if I ever have any comfort and fatigue problem with the new Solaris, I will just drop the hammer and get a custom A12T!- tonniyKK

What would be the reason make you parting with Trio? more neturalish tuning while the new Solaris delivers comparable comfort fit? How would you rate & describe APEX on Trio? Is it effective on avoiding fatigue during long sessions? APEX is the only thing still sort on the back of my mind not...- tonniyKK

Campfire Audio New IEM release
Alright, I pulled the trigger and placed the order for the Solaris-2020. Thought hard about Trio (for a similar price) Guys, any suggestion on DAC? I have a DACportable from Centrace - is it good enough of a pair for Solaris? Thanks!- tonniyKK

I am interested for sure. It seems there will be a price increase on all models? I am debating a Solaris 2020 (if it's indeed smaller) vs a Trio ($1550 new from a local authorized dealer). What would you guys go with?- tonniyKK

I have not tried Trio - I mainly asked because 1) It has DD 2) don't mind of V 3) APEX for long listening session 4) 30%off campaign - feel I may find used ones close to Solaris' pricing Ha, nice experience sharing about Fourte... it is totally out of my budget :D- tonniyKK

@hkpants @Rockwell75, thanks for sharing the experience. Does anyone have experience with Tia Trio and Solaris? Would it have the merits of both Solaris's DD (in terms of bass) and 64 Audio's pressure relief tech? Or U12T is the one to go with if considering 64 Audio? Appreciate all, again...- tonniyKK

Hey @fokta, @Rockwell75, @Tristy, thanks greatly for the advice, appreciated! Okay, I will do a bit more research on the tips and start looking for a used OG or SE (if the price is right). Perhaps one more question, in terms of fatigue and comfort between Solaris, IER Z1R and U12T? Which one...- tonniyKK

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and looking for some help on Solaris (not sure if this is the right thread to ask and let me know if I should move this to elsewhere) I've been a long time user of UE TF10 (10 years) and love it for its timbre and didn't mind the V shape though I wasn't looking...- tonniyKK
