It seems the contenders areShure e2g Westone UM1 Ultimate Ears Super.fi 3 Studio Etymotic ER6i Notice that I did not mention the sony ex71s. They are worthless; this is a fact. Headphonereviews was pretty useless for this. All but the UEsfi3s (which were not reviewed) recieved ratings...- fappar

Fixing some CD2000s
I picked up a cheap pair of broken CD200s, cheap because the right side is dead. This isn't all too uncommon in sony products, as the audio goes in on the left and goes through a wild course to the other side. I openend and unscrewed the headphones, but could find nothing wrong with the wiring...- fappar

well of course you won't be able to hear it conciously. I assume that this is some kind of aural hypnosis? Your brain will still pick up the sounds, regardless of volume (and -9258 or whatever is really ****ing loud)- fappar

Your top 3 best ever looking headphones.
I really dig the retro grado look. Also, my ksc75s are nice and small; I prefer not drawing attention to myself in public. For home use, I dig the big sennies- fappar

Sennheiser HD201s kick ass.
would you please go into detail about how they are good? edit: I could just as easily make a post saying "the sennheiser 433s are the best headphones ever" and simply qualify that with saying that they sound better than other headphones, but that would not really mean anything.(FYI, the 433s...- fappar

Simple order. Just something to wear around town. ety/shures may be too isolated for this (I walk alot for pleasure). So, what will fit the bill? I have never tried isolation earbuds, so they may be perfect. Actually, around $70 would be even better. These are just for portable use, and I will...- fappar
