How's the T5.3 compared to the Amiron Home? I had the T5p.2 in the past and while I loved it, I didn't like its shrill treble. Vocals were too loud for example.

No idea really. If I didn't have my HP-3, I would have bought one quickly. It depends on people too, like if they only care about the most expensive headphones, then they will pass on the HP-3. As for me, I'm this type of person that collects unique headphones and the HP-3 is one of them...

The HP-3 are also a collectors item. If you can find a pair, get them asap.

I have no idea about Klipsch doing driver repair and replacing pads but they have been discontinued for years so unikely. I wanted the T909 but considering the price, I dropped it. HP-3 still remains one of my most favorite headphones.

I have the T90 and indeed, the Amiron Home is much better. I only use the T90 when I want to hear hidden microdetails.

Well, the mentioned names you wrote are pretty much limited here in the Netherlands😛 But yes, totally agreed on quality that doesn't cost that much. The cable I was talking about is the Fostex ET-H1.2N7UB. It looks it's been discontinued? Atleast here it is.
