Same here I can not connect my a16 to the earc chanel on my lg oled 2019.... e9... don't work has well.

There surport is amazing.... sorted me out straight away.. faster than amazon... got 2 remotes put other awat in safe place all sorted... just updating it today....

Only been 2 days since I emailed all 3 people about remote.. no answer , should I be worried... what happens if I can get new remote.. is product dead ?

100% fat32 drive. When you reformat. All other folder gone raw file left. Worked for me. Try another reformat redo download. Extract again. All you can doo.

Well ive been useing pc only. Played around with it tonight changed a few windows settings. Now im starting to get impressed. With manloud. Still L C R Speakers still high tho..Cant wait till i learn and get good prir. From a studio.

Well. Ran update 1.81. Total reset on unit head track ect. Did all calibrations uptoo manloud.on dolby atmos test. Amaze. Still get floating front L R SPEAKER. And sound is just 3 inch around head... defo need to go studio. To get my personal file sorted... or buy 1 speaker go from there. Not...
