Holo Audio Spring R2R DAC
The Spring 3 KTE has the same excellent USB input that the Holo May has so you may find little need to use a I2S input. YMMV.- cbnbmore

Thanks, I noticed their spec sheet only shows 768khz but I’ll contact them to be sure.- cbnbmore

An exploration of Chord DAVE, MScaler, Qutest, and Holo May, HQPlayer
Thank you. Yes my computer has a AMD processor so it looks like I will need the updated module if I connect to the USB on the computer. If I use a UltraRendu as a go between do you know if that will pass greater than 768khz? Is there much to gain by using 1.5mhz? I plan to use Roon using HQP.- cbnbmore

Thought I might get an answer here. My May KTE arrived in April 21. I have not tried HQP but is my understanding correct that I will need to swap out my USB port in my player to be able to use the 1.5mhz upsampling in HQP?- cbnbmore

New Member Introductions thread
Been following this forum for a long time. Decided to finally join so I could post questions and perhaps answer some for some fellow newbies. I have a HPA4 coming soon to use with my MD Flex headphones. Hope it’s a good match. I’ve heard good things about both from many on here.- cbnbmore
