I used to have the problem with channel imbalancing.  Vocals would favor my right side.  I was going to return the ER-4s.  I switched the earphones and vocals would still favored the right side. I was a little worry about my hearing so  I thought about seeing an audiologist to check out my ears...

I ordered last May (wow, 14 months already). I hope that this is not just another head-fake by Xin. I will get my hope up when a whole bunch of us get our hands on the amps. I have not visit this thread for awhile and I suddenly feel much older today when I revisit this thread.

I ordered in May (2007). I made the mistake of paying for the amp using paypal. Now I want to buy the Pico instead of the Reference but it is so hard to cancel the order. I guess I will have to buy both amps. If Xin does not send out the amps soon, I think that many of us will switch to the Pico.

I don't think I will buy anything directly from Xin in the future. I don't even care now. I just want my amp to complete the transaction. After I get my amp, adios Dr. Xin.

Received an e-mail from Xin several days ago. He acknowledged my "change of order" from a Supermicro to a Reference. Now I know that he is still alive. Hope to get my amp soooooooon

Got a package from Audio Cubes today. Opened it up and found the Denon D2000. Will listen extensively over the weekend.

Audio Cubes shipped my D2000 out today. I got the tracking number but it has not been registered with EMS. I will post here when I receive the headphones. I paid $269 shipped. Audio Cubes is listing them at $279 + shipping cost now.

Someone should tell Dr. Xin that there is no such thing as a "perfect amp". For a company, R&D should be interrupted by actual products going out to the customers. Intel and AMD must generate millions of chips knowing that a faster and better microprocessor is just around the corner.
