Would you recommend buying the Astell & Kern SR25 mk2 or the Kann, which is now available at a lower price?

Don't expect that Aliexpress provides the same customer service guarantees that Amazon offers. Aliexpress claims to offer a satisfaction guarantee, but I found this to a bogus claim that they refused to honor.

I bought the official one and do not recommend it as there is no opening to access the micro SD card (a poor design). The case is so tight that I could not get the m9 out of the case to get to the micro SD card without cutting off the case (design and/or manufacturing specifications defect)...

Thanks, but select output was already set to SPDIF. SPDIF out was set to DoP, and USB DAC was checked (do I need to uncheck that box)?
