I used the Topping NX4 to power LCD-3s and while its not the best for those headphones, it sounded pretty good. I've used this thing with a variety of headphones and it outputs quite a lot of power and it sounds more refined than the headphone jack of my phone.

Right now I'm loving my TR-X00 Ebony, other favorites are Audeze SINES closed backs.
