I enjoy the HP 3 with my Plenue 2 mkii ( jet effects EQ to my liking). It is just holographic , warm and bold. @CTR640 how do you compare the HP3 vs the Beyerdynamic DT880?

Why 3 pairs of Ebony earpads ? Where did you find them? I have the Ebony HP3 but cannot find the spare earpads!!!

You may need certain burning time for the HP3. How do you compare the Klipsch Hp3 vs your Sennheiser Hd800?

If you use power hungry headphones with balanced cables : go ahead with the Plenue 2 mkii. It has more powerful balanced out put ( 3.21 Vmrs vs 2Vmrs of the P2). Otherwise, buy the P2. Both P2 mkii and P2 have similar sound signature.

@Malevolent I have read your review of the Gjallarhorn GH50 at headfonia, in which you compared it vs the Klipsch hp 3. But the GH50 is closed back while the HP 3 is semi opened. How do you compare the HP 3 vs your other open back headphones?
