I second HeadphoneAddict with the im716's. I just bought them and should arrive sometime this week. They can be had for under $60 from Amazon and if you do a little searching here, you'll find a great thread comparing them to the Etymotic ER4 series iem's. That thread was what sold me on them...

Wrap them around your ears. Pretty much solves the microphonic effect on most iems/canalphones.
