    Hi, sorry for the late reply. Yeah, so I wouldn't say that they are metallic sounding although you might find them fatiguing with the blue filters. But with the other filters like the pink or the gold filters, you won't notice any of that. Hope it helps. Cheers

    I would say no. Because, q5/q5s has the added advantage of interchangeable amp modules which plays a huge role towards delivering great sound quality and I personally feel that the q5s paired with the thx amp module should in theory beat the m11.

    as far as I have read about the m11 reviews, it is said to have a linear and flat sound signature. So it should complement well with all kinds of head gear

    balanced means both 2.5mm and 4.4mm outputs, so yeah the power is same for both outputs.

    That is technically impossible. a lower res music file can never be upgraded to high res music file. That is just not possible. you just cannot magically get high res files by converting from low res music files, there will be severe artifacting in the transcode and will result in distortion...

    I will be honest, a hardware level bass boost will always be better than software eq as the latter will most likely bring distortion into the track.
