If the DAC locks in the signal and you can play music after driver installation then yes it’s correct.- thuanb

Singxer SU-6
A friend has a modified SU-1 and been very happy. So am I after splurging on SU-6 to feed a Gustard X-26. SU-2 is an upgrade to factory SU-1 but not sure how it compares to mod SU-1. So, pick your poison. I2S cables: I've been happy with WireWorld UltraViolet 0.3m but never heard the...- thuanb

The new Singxer SU-6
I like the SU-6, first with PureDAC mk2, and recently Gustard X-26. The SU-6 makes PureDAC mk2 sing. The Gus is still 1- days new and burning in, but I2S and PCM as well as DSD have been promising. Especially mated with short and audio quality HDMI cables.- thuanb

0.75m VIABLUE or 0.3m WireWorld UltraViolet. Both are still new so the jury is still out.- thuanb

You’re better than me in breaking it in. I’ve played it a few hours a day, on and off, and thought it sounded pretty good. Now that a 10 days new Gustard X-26 has joined the setup, the break-in started over again.- thuanb

Congrats! The SU-6 has been here for 2 weeks (off and on), and it's definitely a keeper. Playing a redbook ARCHIV Mozart No. 40 and 41 albulm, I asked myself why bother thinking of getting an IS2 DSD DAC. I'm amazed at the details, dynamics, and depth the setup is now sounding. DSD via IS2...- thuanb

Singxer SU-6
It is for me: enjoying the increased SQ (separation, depth, detailes, dynamics, bass and high extensions) via AES/EBU now, ready for potential upgrading to IS2 DAC/DSD512. Mozart's complete wind concertos have never sounded so good. Ditto for Best Audiophile Voices. Although they're both...- thuanb

Singxer SU-6
I ordered one on Sunday 7/21, scheduled to deliver Wednesday 7/24, actually arrived Tuesday 7/23. Super quick! Well packaged, excellent condition. Due to the summer heat, it's been on/off and playing approximately 3 hours a day. Not having an IS2 DAC yet, it's connected to PureDAC mk2 via...- thuanb

Another SU-6 has been ordered and will be coming to my room in one or two weeks. I can't wait to get up to DSD 128 from its aes/ebu out. IS2 will have to wait until the next DAC upgrade. Thanks for all prior thoughts and reviews. Update 1: Well I was wrong. Order placed on Sunday, received...- thuanb

iFi Audio iGalvanic3.0 - The Holy Grail of Audio
Great suggestions, I’ve learned a lot just by reading the above three posts. Just like to add my two cents. Great SQ starts from a great source. Optimize your PC as music server/transport first: software (JPLAY, AO, Foobar2000, just to name a few), optimize the BIOS settings, use audio grade...- thuanb

iFi Audio iGalvanic3.0 - The Holy Grail of Audio
There’re a few heads-ups if you go the iG3 route. It tends to be very warm even hot whether in action or not. Not malfunctioning or broken or anything like that, just alarmingly hot. Yes, PC power via USB port is not preferable, hence the iG3+iDefender+iPower bundle. I first got a Nano, then...- thuanb

iFi Audio iGalvanic3.0 - The Holy Grail of Audio
I enjoy reading your review. Did you re-cable your 560s? I did mine with Moon Audio's Black Dragon and love it. Re: the iGalvanic, it mates so well with Micro iUSB 3.0. Too bad you didn't test them together. All in all, a good review.- thuanb
