Hello I have the mass drop fostex tx0 cans and I like them but the adjustment on the headband is super lose. I don’t see anyway to tighten up the adjustment. Anyone know of anything?

My ear pads have started to crumble and I would like to replace them with a velour set. I haven't seen anything other than cheap ebay pads. Are there any other options? Also I know changing ear pads can change the sound signature. Is there a general rule of what a thicker pad will do?
