Chinese / Asian Brand Info Thread (On or Over Ear Headphones)
+ If I understand it right, those Sennheisers are "something like HD599 from Massdrop", right? And isn't Massdrop just for US? I always thought it's just "the American discount thing" that's there only to provoke us living elsewhere with their great deals... I'll check into this then. I kind...- kurcatovium

Chinese / Asian Brand Info Thread (On or Over Ear Headphones)
Hello, I've been using Superlux HD681 EVOs for some time, they were OKish, although head clamp force was insanely high. I then switched to Philips SHP9500s and those are (were?) super comfy. Not sure if it's just me but after couple years of use it seems clamping force is getting weaker + just...- kurcatovium

Takstar Pro 82/GM200 Review, impressions and discussion thread
nomad1: Thank you for the reply. I thought PRO82 and B8 would be probably the best of them as they also cost slightly more than the rest. How are the PRO82 better in comfort terms? Better ear pads? More room for ears or less clamping power? To be fair I might be quite immune to comfort issues as...- kurcatovium

Takstar Pro 82/GM200 Review, impressions and discussion thread
Hello, I came up to this thread looking for "perfect yet cheap" headphones for my scenario: listening to music (pretty much everything from ambient to goregrind, just no jazz), for fun music production (midi hocus-pocus and "mixing" some rock-ish music) & ofc some gaming. I currently have...- kurcatovium

audio interface on the cheap side - help
I just wanted to let you know I got older secondhand Tascam US-122 MkII and it works like a charm. Now it's only up to me to find out what I do like, what I miss and at least next purchase wont be so blind and I'll know what exactly I need. Thanks!- kurcatovium

audio interface on the cheap side - help
Yes, I've read too that thos audio interfaces tend to have low powered headphone output - but is it too bad? As I said with my use case, I won't be needing my headphones to struggle against drums or loud music from outside, I just need to hear my music and my bass in moderately quiet room (e.g...- kurcatovium

audio interface on the cheap side - help
Hello everyone, I'm about to purchase an audio interface that I am intending to use for three main purposes: 1) I just re-started playing the bass so I'd like to plug in the bass, plug in headphones (Superlux HD681 EVO atm) and play along with background music streaming from PC. 2) Gaming...- kurcatovium
