I think you misunderstood the title of My Love 4 as having 4 drivers.

I've never heard the DQ4 or the MGS-401, but I own the K6 and K5 Pro. My ears tell me the K5pro has deeper bass, but not over done, not for bass heads though.

I use Spinfit CP145, it's single flange but gives a very deep but comfortable fit.

The H40 driver flex is only upon insertion and then, not every time. Don't let the driver flex stop you.

I've got K5 Bass edition and it's one of my favorite iem. I think the cable that came with my bass edition is slightly nicer according to photographs.

As far as the charger goes I bought a 2 pack of the recommended Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0.

I'm not sending it back, as I told you it's too expensive and besides that, it's the only paperweight I own.

Samething happened to my DX120. Nothing ever went bad with my old Cowon J3 (still working), or my Fiio X5 iii, or my Fiio M7, and so far my Hiby R5 is perfect. I am a senior with shaky hands and wouldn't be able to do the self repair, and the cost of shipping it back is too expensive. End...

By the way, the NF Audio NA1 is a bargain at $169. I would be lying if I didn't say I like it a little more than my H40.

I have the Hifiman RE 600S v2, Ibasso IT01S, and the best one of all (for me) the NF Audio NA1.

Ibasso IT01S $199 and there are some single Dynamics much more than that. My H40 has severe driver flex in the left side, but only upon insertion.

My Hiby R5 is excellent with H40.

Out of the box for me was outstanding. My ears heard no mid bass bloat and only a slight warmth to keep the timbre natural. I have stated here before that I dislike warm signature earphones, and I don't fine the H40 a generally warm iem.
