The orignal Sansa Fuze are bassies DAPs i ever heard, no roll off in bass region and overall soundquality is better than iPods(but Sansa Clip+ with AMPs like Fiio E11 are amazing too). The other DAPs like iRiver H320, H340, Samsung P2 are pretty bassy yet very detailed MP3 Players.

The UE900 willbe better pick because it offers more neutral to airy sound and has good bass response with sparkly highs and very detailed midrange. But starting from Monster you wont go wrong with any of these IEMs and they both are amazing sounding for the price(highly detailed yet fun to listen).

The Denon C300 are most bassy IEMs i ever heard and they offers overall very crisp clear soundquality and fairly wide soundstage. The other IEMs are like UE SF5EB, Sony XB90EX, MTP Gold, Klipsch Image X10 and JVC FX100 are pretty good bassy IEMs for the price.

The Andriod based DAPs like iBasso X100 are pretty good because they are not only offers amazing soundquality but same time they has great UI and extra features. HiFiMan HM802 are also very good powerful sounding DAPs.

The iPod Classic is better not only soundquality, play louder but higher capacity and can hook up with external AMPs/DAC for even better soundquality.

The Etymotic HF5 are very crisp clear sounding IEMs and ER4P|S are even better but they has some bright cold soundquality. The RE272 are amazing for the price and match well for these genres music with fairly wide soundstage, crisp, clear balanced sounding.

The Custom 6+ drivers IEMs are much better sounding than universal IEMs under $500 and comparing them to universal IEMs are like comparing iPod jukebox soundsystem to very highend floor standing speaker system. If you likes DT880 then T90 willbe better upgrade and they will replace the HD600 with higher end soundquality.

The FXD80 are very close in term of soundsignature with punchier bass and more highs, so best ulight pgrade willbe FXD80. Other IEMs like Harmen Kardon AE are very close again because they are rich and sharp sounding and sharing the same warmth, brightness and crispness with punchier bass.

The JVC FXD80, Sony EX600, RE0, Etymotic HF3, HF5, Klipsch image X101nd RE-Zero are pretty good sounding for the price and some offers more bass than others.

IMO AMPs, cables need some burn in time to settle and after burn in they sound better, wait for at least 100hr and you will hear the difference.
