As far as I know there isn't one, only Lake People - Germany and Violectric - USA. But IIRC Violectric products are assembled and shipped in Germany, so you might be able to get in contact with Arthur or Fried and get your gear direct from Germany :).

I haven't had experience with that particular socket type, but no there shouldn't be anything jostling loose inside the tube unless something's broken loose. With tubes, everything should be anchored in place in the glass tubing by the pins through the internals.

I have the k712's and the Schiit Fulla 2 and that DAC/AMP has plenty of power to drive the K712's. I don't know how the schiit stuff compares to the other brands though. But I can say that schiit makes quality gear at any price point :).
