I would like a Susvara because I am a huge fan of high quality headphones, and the Susvara seems to be one of the best out there.

K7XX will be a downgrade from HD650.

Omega stand will ruin the headphone. It will stretch out the elastics for the headband and compress the pads (this is true for any headphone, by the way, that an Omega stand will compress the pads and if it has a suspension headband, will stretch that out).

These are a wireless headphone, so using a DAC would do absolutely nothing.

K712 is much better than the 650 with regards to soundstage. Every time I want to game, I find myself reaching for the AKG over the Senn.

ANC works best for droning/humming noises, such as a plane engine or the ambient noise in a big city. Your TV/laptop is going to be playing sounds that are somewhat transient (fast and only occurring once) so ANC wouldn't be able to cancel them effectively.

Could it possibly be... that they're not plugged in all the way? I have the exact same setup (Bif4490 -> Asg2) and don't hear it being anemic either.

If the 6x0 pads are worn, AKG by a long shot. If they're fresh pads, it's a tossup.
