Yes, I still have the issue with roon dropouts. Neo is working more stable when set to fixed IP.

I am not using wi-fi, only ethernet optical connection and with fixed IP it is quite stable with automatic it restarts every few minutes. (FW 2.16.6)

I use to have problems with Neo working as streamer from analog output from external usb disk, it was playing music for 10-20 minutes and then stops. It was solved, by setting fixed IP address on Neo and my router. But still there is a problem with break/popup sound when using with roon, it was...

I prefer Enleum, I didn’t like HA300 it could be 300B tubes, it was to bumy to me, maybe I didn’t spend enough time with it, but with Empyrean it sounded terrible. Regarding Bliss to me they are on the same level, bit different e.g. bigger sound stage on Enleum etc. but difficult to compere one...

If you go to far with input voltage Bliss will start to clip, I think more then 6V will cause this in 0dB level in the singal.

You have to send it to service, it is known problem where cable to the volume LED after some time is broken. I think latest units are more reliable as there is some fix to this with wire.

Almost no changes, on how often it occurs, a bit less disturbing it is now, not that loud.

It looks like those pop-up sound or brakes when playing from Roon are HW related not software, I got information that unit have to be send for service.

It is problem with Tidal servers not SP2000, I have same problem on other devices.

I think that they were produced in batches of around 30-40 units, so all this is possible.

Yes, I have latest FW 2.16.6 and also roon, did’t performed factory reset, I will try. Not good news that this is not solved yet and Neo is not very new product as of now.

Just got Neo demo and I ma trying to check all options. I have a problem with some popup sound or dropouts when I use it with roon and usb output, it happen every few minutes. Second problem is that if Neo is used as standalone unit with connected ssd and used with analog output it stop playing...
