Yeah I guess that is true. I just remember reading on another thread that the Alpha pads make the TH900 seal and isolate better. Although with the gap I'm not sure it'd do anything to affect the leakage.

Oh really? Dang, that sucks. I had read that some were shipping out the beginning of June so I had my hopes up. That's the one problem with Massdrop. If you can wait it'd be awesome, but I know that'd be difficult for me. It's still possible you could find a used pair somewhere.
