Oh, i used para eq.. it gave a slight improvement in a way, but made them sound worse in others - the sound felt very shallow and harsh. I just could not find any enjoyment in their sound regardless of what i did. I would have managed with the hooks, but the crap sound quality just killed it for...

Agreed. I liked the idea behind my iSine10s, but was always unhappy with the sound from 3.5mm vs cipher. Beind a solid android user, i was further put off with the outright refusal to support USB-C over a very weak excuse of "not all android works the same". Never had that problem with 4 USB-C...

I wasn't complaining about the pop. I was pointing it out since i have been told it is a common "feature" of a class A amp; hence, i assumed it was a good indication of what was going on in the hardware.
