WARNING: Fake IE8s! Comparison pictures included!!
I received my pair yesterday, from Razordogdeals. If someone wants to check their site, they might have a few pairs available. Brian (the owner) can be contacted, and he answered fast my emails (and shipped very fast too). The price is nice, and they are 100% legit. I loved the sound, but I...- OHPC

Sennheiser IE8 Impressions Thread
I just received mine yesterday, bought them from Razordogdeals. Brian is a very nice person, the package arrived fast. I really like them a lot, they are detailed and very easy to drive with a portable player. So far, I found them amazing, especially for classical music, where they shine...- OHPC

The most overrated female vocalists
I agree with (almost) your choices. Actually, there are too many to mention. My list: Madonna (is she a singer? really?) Beyonce (she is pretty, ok) Jennifer Lopez (agh!) Lady Gaga (omg!) Britney Spears (her voice, when only *speaking*, is already atrocious) Celine Dion (run, run for... -

I contacted Razordog Deals through eBay, Brian is a nice guy, and he always has Senn IE8s in auctions, so if anybody wants the genuine article, check his site or check eBay. More info: Metro Magazine Besides his own website, of course.- OHPC

Most overrated and most underrated headphones
Hm... Overrated? For me V-Moda Vibes. When released, everybody was telling they sound great, etc. I ordered one. After a few days, I gave it to my wife and never came back to them. They have no detail, are muddy, uninteresting. Even Porta Pros are much better (and cheaper) than the Vibes...- OHPC

Buying my first IEM
My suggestions: Senn CX550, RE0, Soundmagic PL50. You could even buy RE0 + PL50 for much less than $180.- OHPC

Headphones for RUNNING!
I like some jogging/running, but in my opinion sweat might be an issue. So... I usually don't use earbuds, they get disgunting after a while. Usually I get any cheap behind-the-neck model, leaving hi-fi for home. If you are really interested in better sound, I would suggest Sennheiser PMX80...- OHPC

Soundmagic PL50 impressions+appreciation thread
I love these earphones. And I have listened to many others. To my ears they just sound "right". The right amount of bass, mid and treble. Comfortable, light. They are my portable choice right now, due to the great sound and low price. I really didn't expect them to be so good for the price, but...- OHPC

Soundmagic PL50 or RE-0
Well, I have both. And I love them. If I had to choose one, I would pick Soundmagic PL50. Why? Cheaper, comfortable. And the sound just fells right. RE0 sounds more refined, let's say, but also more neutral. Soundmagic sounds "fun" to listen to. I keep coming back to them, and they are my...- OHPC

Budget earphones or IEMs for exercising
I see you are looking for IEMs, but I have the same problem with sweat - they get slippery after a while, and - let's be frank - pretty disgusting after some time. If you really are after a earphone/IEM, I suggest trying the JVC marshmallow, or better yet - FX66 (air cushion). I bought these...- OHPC

[Pictorial Review] Head-Direct's RE2
Thanks for your original review, I decided to order them after reading it. I just received my package last week. These are very nice earphones, I like them a lot. They certainly don't have much bass, but are detailed and are a pleasure to hear. And for the price, a real bargain. I paid $49 for...- OHPC

Shootout: 114 Portable Headphones Reviewed (Xiaomi Mi Headphones added 04/21/2015)
Very nice review. I have been a fan of Koss Porta Pro. They are great for the price, I always keep coming back to them, even having a Senn HD595. Portable, easier to drive, etc. I will try a Senn PX100 some of these days, though. It won't hurt having another portable phone.- OHPC

Upgrading to a new pair of cans, and need the most neutral and accurate available. Please advise.
I am a musician too: composer, arranger, pianist. I found the HD595 very nice for the task. And they are not that expensive. However, they are so nice, the sound is so good that you will probably like everything you hear with them... So... I use an old AKG K141 for playing/recording/mixing and...- OHPC

Place to buy headphones, with international shipping?
Many thanks for your answer. Unfortunately, most of these won't sell AKG, Senn, etc. And those who do have a prohibitive price. Guess I will have to try ebay someday.- OHPC
