Grado SR80 First Impressions
Hmm.. I don't like how the bowls are so small that the speakers are pressed hard against your ear. Some songs sound compleeeeeeeeeeetely different. Others sound pretty much the same. But everything definitely has a more vibrant feel.- Pwntendo

Grado SR80 First Impressions
Well, they came today just as I expected. The first thing that surprised me was how light they were! The box felt like it was empty. Right now it's plugged into my PC which has an X-Fi Xtrememusic sound card. It's pretty good, drums and bass are alot more refined and clear. And guitars...- Pwntendo

I just ordered some Grado SR80s
I bumped up the delivery speed too. So hopefully they will arrive on Thursday after I come home from school. Hmm.. the first track I will play on them will be Remind Me from Royksopp's live album. What should I be expecting? Keeping in mind this is my first ever headphone purchase.- Pwntendo

Best headphones for Electronic music?
Okay, I think I will go for the Grado SR80's because these will be like the first headphones I'll be buying, and they are cheap and good for 'beginners'. Hopefully I will buy them tonight, they don't require an amp I presume?- Pwntendo

Best headphones for Electronic music?
I'm looking for a really vibrant and uplifting sound. Bright and wavy. With a sharp, and not too strong bass. I think the main thing they need to be is really engulfing, and surrounding, like the music is being played in your head. Mainly for trance music, but also IDM. And softer...- Pwntendo

To what extent will good headphones improve sound quality at an MP3 level
Well I was thinking of getting some beyerdynamic DT990's for christmas. This would be the first time I've bought any sort of top range headphone. And the reason I was attracted to the DT990's was because I've read they are the most comfortable headphones you can get, and are great for...- Pwntendo

Grado SR325i portable?
Hi Joe. I think the GradoSR325i's wouldn't be great for portable use. Especially in the Latymer Upper School Library. As a wise friend once told you, stick to the Sennheiser PX series. Plus the SR325is have gold plating and look stupid. Come one msn.- Pwntendo
