Custom means made differently to each unique ears - means the position of the microphone required for ambient transparency will vary per design - means custom tuned PCBA per order. There is a reason why no one else offers custom-fit true wireless. It's just not profitable. Why do we do it...

We are working diligently to get the first batch of orders shipped out within May. There is a wide variation of available real estate per user and we've had to make several adjustments to stabilize the PCBA, not to mention the delays in small components due to supply chain effect from COVID-19.

Thanks for the suggestion. We work with Massdrop actively on some projects. They are very selective when it comes to Massdrop custom products, and also it's a long way to go for development, campaign to delivery. We may seek this route in the future.

We recommend 3mm MMCX male ring diameter for GT3.

Actually we don't recommend M3 cable on GT3. GT3 is using a larger spec MMCX compared to Model 3 to increase connection stability and durability.

GT-R will be on back-burner until we are able to secure enough demand and funding. As you may know, we've been trying to get funding for GT-R for over 1 year now. We don't have any immediate plan for them in the near future. The upcoming projects are Bluetooth products, as well as some new IEM's.

It does not sound like a normal issue. If you haven't tried already, try draining the battery and recharge it fully. Also "forget" BT device on your smartphone, then restart the phone and go through pairing process to see if the connection problem persists. If so, do send an email to...

Each cup has removable cable connection. It is with 2.5mm connector termination.

Hello Mark, the head band is not removable. We will also reduce overall tension of the steel headband about 12% in mass production, in order to provide relief for those that found the GT-R too tight around their heads.
