I end up fit my 40mm driver into 45mm housing by cutting an infra-board into a donut shape and glued it to the exterior of my 40mm driver. The result is actually above my expectations and it fit well into the 45mm housing.

Is it possible to fit 40mm driver inside ath m50 with 45mm original driver? If so what trick should I use?

Other update: when i plugged the phones to my ungrounded pc and i touched the headband metal part i could feel the static and the right speaker suddenly makes sound again. Is it beacause the wire inside the headband? And what gauge i neet to replace the wire inside the headband. Any help is very...

After some cooldown times it wont make sound, i've rechecked and replaced the jack the connection is perfect so what seems to be the problem

I have an ath m50 and the right speakers wont do any sounds. And the interesting case here is after i solder the right driver connection it works, but after some times it wont make any sound again. Any experts to help me? Thx (the right driver only makes sound after it receives some heat)
